Does anyone know a doctor that can be consulted online?

I really need to speak with a doctor online. Me and my girlfriend are in a situation and I need to consult an online doctor quickly.

2. Go to a real doctor. Anyone online obviously doesn't have what it takes to do "the real thing". What? Did you get her pregnant or something?
